The element does not keep the power on, on and off for couple of minutes a time and never reach to boiling point.

The dual burner (Part# 316555800) does not shut off. The outer ring does not shut off, but the inner ring stays off. I replaced the switch 316239601kit but the problem continues. How do I know if the element is bad or if the board is bad?

Hello Greg, thank you for reaching out. We would recommend testing the element for continuity with a multimeter. If there is no continuity, replace it with part number PS2581859. If that does not help, we would suggest checking the User Control and Display Board, part number PS440008. We hope this information helps!
Oven overruns set temp up to 90 degrees always above set temp by 20 /35 degrees, followed instruction for lowering temp differential but it will not let me do that step?
