Left side rail support snapped off the lunchmeat drawer

Used a small screwdriver to disconnect the left side rail from and replaced with the new left side rail. Everything went smooth and from start to finish, replaced the piece in about 3 minutes. Works great now!

Wear and tear

Super easy. It took longer to remove and replace the stuff in my fridge than it did to install the parts. Removing the top shelf makes it easier. One screw on the drawer support rail and the other two parts just snapped onto the door.

The meat drawer slide had broken and the drawer would fall down everytime you opened it.

Pulled the drawer out, lifted the shelf out of the refrigerator, unscrewed drawer slides from shelf and rescrewed the new drawer slides and returned the shelf, drawer, and the job was finished. Thank you so very much for your speedy delivery.

Missing a few pieces

We still have to "cut to fit" the retainer bar. I still have to put in the right side drawer support rail for the meat drawer, which was the straw that broke the camel's back and made me order all our missing parts. I thought the left side rail was still in place and only the right side broke, but the left rail was gone, too. I just ordered the right side rail. The instructions were very easy to follow on everything else, and we can use our shelves again!

Broken support rail

Simply removed screw from old rail, inserted it into new rail and connected the rail to the old shelf. A very easy fix and a money saver. Local techs wanted $75 just to come out and look at the problem. Local parts places didn't stock the part and gave an estimated delivery time of 3-5 weeks with a price $12 higher than you guys. I received the part from your company well within the promised maximum 5 day delivery time - 3 days! Thanks, you have a repeat customer.

Broken drawer supports and door shelf bin.

It was self explanitory, there were screws that you had to unscrew the old drawer supports to replace with the new ones and the door shelf bin I just had to put it into place. Just like NEW

Plastic support on rail had broken off

Easy peasy... took the shelf out of the fridge. Unscrewed the old rail. Screwed in the new one. Put the shelf back in. DONE!!!!

My local appliance repair shop said they would have to order the whole shelf in order to fix my problem. It was going to cost $50 and I'd have to wait 3 weeks.

Instead, I found you guys on the internet. The part cost $5 and I got in delivered in 2 days.... CAN'T BEAT THAT!!!!

Thanks

The bottom shelf retainer bar on the door and both drawer support rails were broken and the knob and kickplate were lost

There's really nothing to tell about installing the parts on my refrigerator. Everything fit exactly like it was supposed to and the job only took abot 20 minutes. I was also impressed at how easy it was to find the parts on this website with just the model number.
