Door was clunking, not closing properly
The video that Parts Select provided was a big help. The repair was simple. I spent most of the repair time digging out the old broken bushing from the hole in the bottom of the door. Needle nose helped withthis task.

Door made a clicking sound when opened...
Couldn't have been an easier. Removed the screw/nuts from the top of the fridge door that held the door in place and removed the door. Unscrewed the holder at the bottom, replaced both parts and put the door back together. It took me longer to get everything out of the fridge door than to replace the parts. EASY AS COULD BE!!!

Freezer door would not shut
remove everything from door, remove plate and screws from top of refrigerator, disconnect water feed for ice maker underneath, remove door, be sure to remove any remnants of old parts, replace with new (i had to make a hole in the bearing for water feed, I may have ordered the wrong part, but it still worked, fridge side would not have water feed to worry about), put door back on, re-connect water, replace screws on top.........done.

Refrigerator door lower bearing and plate broken
Removed screw from upper plastic bearing cover, removed cover by sliding forward. Removed two screws that retained the upper bearing plate, pushing refrigerator door against refrigerator so as not to fall, slid upper bearing plate up and off. Lifted refrigerator door upward and away from refrigerator. Removed screw retaining lower bearing plate and had to remove door closing bearing from door by breaking with screw driver as part of bearing was broken and remained in the door. Re-installed new parts and re-assembled. Door works great and all parts fit perfectly.

The door "clunked and dropped: When opened
1) Empty the refrigerator door (Good time to clean it too!)2)Take the cover plate off the top hinge. 3)Remove the two screws on the top hinge (Keep the door closed) 4) Oppen the door and lift up. It will lift out of the lower hinge. 5) Remove the screw from the door close plate and replace. 6)The door closure bearing is in a hole on the lower part of the door and is likely cracked in two. Remove the upper part from the door. You may have to remove the plate. 7) Replace the plate if needed and insert the new door bearing in the hole. It only fits one way due to the shape. 8) Complete steps 6 through 1 in reverse order. The whole thing takes 15 minutes. One person can do it. The door is very light.

It was very easy to install. Simply removed the top plate on the fridge door. It was one screw. then removed the door and replaced the plate and bearing. The plate needed to be screwed in. Placed the door back on and replaced the top plate. Done! Easy and fast.

Door closer cam splintered
I first ordered the part as a Frigidaire and when it came in it seemed wrong. Then I realized the refrigerator was manufactured by Electrolux, so I went on their (your) site and ordered the plate which was pictured. It came in correct as I could see. I asked to return the first part to Frigidaire and they gave me credit. When I removed the door, I realized I needed both parts the plate and the door closer cam. It took very little time. I called on the Frigidaire part to have them cancel the credit card charge back but it had been done at noon that day. I offered to pay for the part but the lady said she had no way to accomplish that. I told her I was sorry that I had caused the confusion. Ordering from them as well as your organization has been very easy and a pleasant experance. Thanks.

Door had a loud pop,and no longer closed on its own
piece of cake... removed upper hinge, old bearing hinge came right out ... Installed new piece and was done in less than 5 minutes... It took longer removing all the stuff from the door shelves, then it did to fix the problem.
