Support rails holding meat tray drawer broke.
I removed the drawer from the support rails and placed it aside. I then removed the entire shelf that the rails were attached to. Each rail contained one (1) screw. I removed the screw, slid the support rails back approximately a 1/4 inch and they popped out. I replaced with the new rails, sliding them into place in reverse of how I removed the damaged ones & attached with the screw. I cleaned the shelf off and placed it back in the refrigerator, and placed the meat drawer onto the new rails. It actually took longer to clean the shelf than perform the repair.

The meat keeper drawer kept falling
Backed one screw off each side of the shelf brackets, snapped old ones out, snapped new ones in and replaced the screw. Spend more time taking food off the shelf than it did to make the repair

Meat drawer needed new tracks
Had to replace both sides tracks; the plastic is thin and gets alot of use. Had these done in minutes, one screw out on each side allows the tracks to be removed. Best part of the repair is the new clean shelves and drawers. How can you do this repair without cleaning everything? Nice quick service from PartSelect, and the right parts!

Bins were broken, as well as track on cheese drawer
I pulled the shelf out, unscrewed the old tracks, popped the new ones in with the old screws. Two minutes tops. Of course the door bins were replaced in seconds. Especially impressive was the speed of delivery. Wow!

Age and 3 kids pulled the deli drawer down, breaking the tracks
It took me longer to empty the drawer then to attach the new tracks and reinstall the new drawer. My husband was surprised when I did it while cooking dinner. Saved me at least $75 for an appliance repair visit.

Crisper drawer as falling off the tracks
Ordered the parts (slightly confusing as to which parts i needed since both the track and the spport rail had the same number) and after that arrived it took longer to empty the shelves than to install the parts, one screw on each side ( don't lose the screws because they do not come with the parts) to remove and replace. very easy and very quick.

Drawer rails cracked/broken/will not support drawer
Remove everything from shelf drawer is under. Remove everything in drawer. Remove the drawer itself. Remove the shelf the drawer slides underneath of by lifting front of shelf until legs unhook, then wiggle or gently pull until it releases from pieces legs hook into (each leg has one hook). Shelf should pull out with rails and legs attached. Remove screw with philips head screwdriver. I used a Stanley brand nut driver with philips and flathead bits included, $5 at Wal-Mart. Remove the screw holding the rail and leg together. Remove rail and replace with like part. Install screw. Hang shelf. Install drawer. Put all yer stuff back on shelf and in drawer. $50 cause step-son's kids like to pull out drawer and hang on it, go figure. Very simple fix. Do not lose screw! I put all my parts (drawer, shelf, rails, screw) on my kitchen counter. Mate your rail by aligning flat side of rail to inside flat surface of leg. Takes about five minutes. I would say good luck but you will not need it. Thank you PartsSelect for having such a user-friendly website!

One track on the crisper was broken, as was a support on another shelf.
Parts came in about 2 days, reasonably priced. I removed the broken pieces, and installed the new parts. Both pieces were installed in less than 15 minutes, no tools required. The whole experience was good from start to finish, and my wife thinks I'm a genius.

Both left and right drawer support rails were cracked.
Removed the meat drawer from shelf. Removed shelf from fridge. There is one Phillips-head screw holding each support rail in place. Remove screw, and then each rail can be removed. Place each new rail in place, and then replace screw. Put shelf back in fridge and replace meat drawer. Total time -- about 5 minutes!
The most difficult thing was ordering the parts. The right rail is called "Drawer Support Rail - right side". Fairly self-explainatory. The left rail is called "Track". Fairly confusing. Luckily, PartSelect.com has very good photos of the parts that they sell, and one can figure it out. It would have been much easier if both left and right rails were named similarly.
