Broke two door bins, one on frig and one on freezer doors
We had the bins the next day. I had called some other companies and they wanted twice your price! You were much more curteous on the phone, much more professional and quicker and cheaper! I will tell everyone in Florida who to call if they need a part! Thank you so much! Linda Cecil

The freezer door shelf fell off and broke
This process was so easy. I put in the model # and saw the piece I needed immediately along with a picture of it that helped me confirm it was the right one. All I had to do is snap the shelf in when it arrived.

Replacing broken refrigerator and freezer shelves.
I simply slid both of the shelves onto the hinges on both doors. Perfect fit. Couldn't be happier with purchase. Site offers diagrams of appliance so it is easy to find needed replacement parts.

Dryer motor would 'kick out' when starting up.
Unplugging the dryer and opening the front was just 2 screws and 2 bolts. I found the rear drums felt gasket was torn and folder over. This was pulling the drive motor down until it kicked out. So I removed the drum from the dryers housing and placed it on the floor. With a pliers gripped the felt and pulled it from the drum. With sand paper I cleaned the remains and then used clothe pins to hold the new gasket in place so I could glue it back onto the drum. After 5 minutes I removed the pins and remounted the drum. Using a butter knife to guild the felt from folding over, I turned the drum by hand once to ensure proper movement. The entire repair was done in 27 minutes alone.

Hinge bearing shattered, and door shelf broke
Removed the top hinge from the door, removed the door, removed the doorstop and remains of the old bearing, and then replaced the items with the new ones in the reverse order. The screw I purchased was not needed.
The shelf had been broken for a while, and just needed to be slipped into the existing slots on the door
