Plastic bushing cracked/broke
removed the food from the door, removed the top hinge and hinge cover, placed the door on it's side. I had to use some pliers to remove the bushing from the door. The new bushing slid right in the door and I just put it back together. Pretty simple job, I've had to do this twice so far.

Grinding noise when opening the refrigerator door
took off cover on top hinge, 30 secs, removed 2 machine screws holding top hinge plate, took door off, 1 min, removed the broken bearing, about 3 mins due to getting all the small nylon bots, put in new bearing hinge, secured the small cover plate, 1 min, replaced the door, secured the top hinge plate, and screwed down the plastic cover plate. About 10 mins tops.

Door make a horrible clunking noise everytime it was opened
Exposed and removed the screws at the top of the door. Removed and replaced the bearing and plate on the bottom of door and put it back together. Honestly, this is the easiest repair I ever made. The biggest chore was removing the contents of the door before taking the door off. Also was working alone, an extra pair of hands to hold the door would have been helpful but not necessary. Be prepared to never hear that horrible clunk again!

The refrigerator door made a clunk and dropped slightly when fully opened.
I watched the "how-to" videos on your website, and followed the instructions. It was very easy, took about 10 minutes, and now the door works like new.

Door was clunking, not closing properly
The video that Parts Select provided was a big help. The repair was simple. I spent most of the repair time digging out the old broken bushing from the hole in the bottom of the door. Needle nose helped withthis task.

Door made a clicking sound when opened...
Couldn't have been an easier. Removed the screw/nuts from the top of the fridge door that held the door in place and removed the door. Unscrewed the holder at the bottom, replaced both parts and put the door back together. It took me longer to get everything out of the fridge door than to replace the parts. EASY AS COULD BE!!!
