Broken parts
Most of the parts just snapped together. The two screws needed were back ordered. ($5.00). So I used screws purchased from the hardware store (5 cents!). Hey, it costs a lot of money to stock parts so they are available after 10 years.
I ordered the wrong part and I am very, very pleased with the return procedure. Absolutely painless. I am also pleased with the shipping process. I had the parts shipped via ground transport. Heck, after 10 years, what's another day. Well, they arrived the second day!
Anybody who needs parts for their appliance, can count on PartsSelect for first class service.

Broken door
Took out old replaced with new ones, nothing to it. Better than the ease of repairing, was the sevice I received, it was the greatest, would reccommend Parts Select to my friends and family.

The upper storage drawer and the bin that holds it were both broken.
The repair was simply a matter of disassembling the parts like when cleaning the frige and putting them back together. I was so pleased to find the web site for parts. Thank you. Rae in Easton, WA

My husband broke the door shelf bin,by putting too much in it.
All I did was remove the bin and put the new one in. Very very easy.
I called in for the part and your sales lady was so nice and she sure knew all about the parts. When the part came in it fitted like a charm.
