Sorry, we couldn't find any existing installation instruction that matched.
Apartment-sized washing machine jumping around during wash cycle. Needed Shock absorbers.
I rolled the machine onto its face, door toward floor and removed back and bottom panels.

I then removed both shock absorbers (dampeners). I soon learned they were no longer available , were out of production. Your company and all others told me the same.

However, I learned that a Samsung part number was an exact match. This I ordered from you.
PS4212146 DAMPER-SHOCK;GW-PJT,STEE for $21.11 each
So, you might want to note this fact, the substitute part number and application(?).

Also, I installed a new drive belt purchased from you:
PS2037087 Drive Belt for $38.06 each

So, for under $100 the old machine is now working perfectly.
