The knob had become unable to turn on the dryer
After waiting for a repair man to deliever the part over 1 month I finally went on line and ordered thru your company and the part was here in less then 3 days. It took about 5 second to if that long and the dryer is working well. Now all I have to do is get a refund fromn the repair man.

Replaced knob
The knob showed up right on time and I replaed the old one with relative ease. I never though a little plastic knob would cost $30, next time I am going to check the salvage yard. They said they get old washer and dryers all the time and people come by an pull off parts they need. This know should have never cost so much, I can't imagine what the mark up is on it.
