Washer timer knob retainer teeth were gone. Dryer knob broken
The dryer knob was broken two years ago, and I couldn't find a replacement until the washer timer knob broke. On your site I found both easily with the photos and measurements. The ordered knobs were exactly right. Just pushed on the dryer knob and screwed on the washer knob. Perfect solution. Thanks for being there.

On/off knob broken/cracked
I simply replaced the broken factory knob with WCI part #131265000. No problem. The other part I ordered, WCI #131965300, will likely also work, but the first knob is the better choice for my machine.

Knob stems broke over time
Repair was a snap, only it would be nice if you would warn or notify the customers to pay attention to the direction of the flat part of the stem and the arrows on the timer knobs. This one I received is 180* off, I can live with it but I'm sure others would be livid!

Broken door catch
Parts arrived within 48 hours. A simple unscrew the existing broken piece and replace with new one. The diagram ( provided by partselect) led me to the correct piece easily. No intervention from my spouse was required- an easy fix!

Broken knob & selector handle
Replacing the parts was a little difficult because the pacakges did not come with installation instuctions, However, a few minutes spent reviewing how the control bar is set up i was able to figure it out and able to take it apart with little hassle. If you have small hands it will be much easier since theres very little space between the control bar and the dryer its self. Bottom line; it was fun!

Broken knob
Just slipped new part on the stem, but then found another knob broken in same place, so had to re order. Took longer to get to the house than to do the repair. You guys are wonderful.
