CustomerDoug from Mims FL

Detergent cup would not open during wash.

Easily removed four screws holding the front door panel on, then accessed the two 1/4 in. hex head screws holding the old switch with the 1/4 in. nut driver.
The electrical terminals are pull off/push on and then I re-assembled the new switch to it's mounting bracket. Re-assemble the door face, fixed!!!!

Shut off power to dishwasher. Removed front panel-4 screws on inside of door. Pull the wires off the switch. Remove the switch by taking out the 1/4" screws. Put wires on the new switch and replace the items you removed. Power up and test.
