Latch pops open on door during cycle...
Replaced strike plate...but may not have needed it ...He used a screw under the front of the strike plate as a wedge to increase tension...He said this has happened to this model before and an old tech told him about this fix... It must be a defect in the model that after a while the strike plate needs more tension..sent unopened ,unused parts back

The nylon cord broke on one side of the door.
Ordered the parts on your site since I could find a parts schematic that really helped. I had to move the unit out and replace the spring on one side. We replaced both nylon cords since the other was showing a little wear. Received the parts quickly and made the repair the same day.

Door balance link connection was broken
Disconnected dishwasher from countertop and slid out about 1.5 feet. Removed old link. Installed new link and reconnected to spring. slid dishwasher back under counter. Replaced 2 screws back to countertop. It was really really easy.

Door was falling open uncontrollably
First, ordering parts and getting diagrams from parts select is so efficient and make tthe installation so manageable. Using installation tips off the site gives u confidence to do it. My issue was that I could not get the dishwasher from under the counter. I removed the kick plate and screws holding it to the counter, but it was not coming out all the way. So I had to use a coat hanger to hook the spring. I attached the nylon cord first. Then I pulled the spring taut with the hanger and it was easy to thread the cord around the pulley system. I actually attached it to the door before tensioning the spring to make it easier. Door works great now.

Door would fall when opened.
Turned off water supply and electricity, removed the front kick panel on the dishwasher. Disconnected the water supply line, removed the two screws above the door securing the dishwasher to the underside of the countertop. Pulled the dishwasher out from under the counter, replaced the spring and balance link for each side. I found that the new balance link kit that I purchased was better engineered that the origanal equipment.

Cord separated from link
with dishwasher door open, connect the spring to the back frame upright hole. attach end of cord with eye opening onto the spring. Using the box end of a wrench, slip it over the open end of the spring and pull the spring toward the front of the dishwasher. That will give the cord enough slack to thread it around the pulleys and onto the door mounting bracket.

Broken link to door assembly
Actually, the repair was very simple because of the you tube video demonstrating the repair. This made the repair very easy. I repair/replaced both springs and links
