Wheel on top rack broke

In less than 5 minutes, we removed the stopper on the end of the arm that held the top rack, slid off the top rack, rotated off the broken wheel assembly, rotated on the new one, slid the rack back on, and replaced the stoppers.

Wheel mount broke on right side of top shelf. Shelf not supported.

I order a pair of wheel mounts and replaced both. Squeezed ends of plastic "plug" on the front edge of each rail (top shelf) and removed plug. slid out top shelf, snapped off old whell mounts, snapped on new wheel mounts, slide shelf back into track and re-inderted end "plugs". Done!

Husband removed a small piece at the end of the upper tray frame and slid new wheel mount on. Clicked it into place and replaced end piece.
Very pleased to save expense of a house call and delay that would have been required while part was ordered.

The wheels just fell apart from all the heat and chemicals

pulled the ends off the top rails--pulled the top tray out--set it up on its back end--replaced the wheel mounts by threading them through the sides of the tray--returned the tray to the machine and replaced the ends
