The wheel had broken off the upper dishrack
The repair was easy even for an inexperienced person like me. I used a screwdriver to free the clips from the end of the tracks that keep the rack from pulling out too far. With the clips removed, I could remove the broken wheel and slide the rack out of the dishwasher. I then snapped off the old broken part and snapped on the new part--(No tools needed) I eased the wheels back into the tracks and replace the end clips.

Removed dishrack snapped out old parts and snapped in new one. As they say a piece if cake.

The wheel connector to basket broke
I popped the wheel keeper at the end of the track with a screwdriver, slid the new one on and popped the keeper back on and away we went. It took about 5 minutes.

Broken wheels
The wheel mounts broke so i had to replace them. I'm the un-handiest person ever and it took about a minute to replace all four. All I had to do was take off the stops at the front of the rack and slide out the broken wheels and slide in the new ones and put the stop back on. So easy!

Upper tray supports broke/small wheels
Ordered Tray parts, 4 tray and 4 supports on washer wall. Replaced all moving parts for upper tray, works like new.
