Upper wash arm broke
Didn't even have to remove the top rack- just pulled it half way out- and snaped the part in with my fingers. Took less than one minute and no tools! Awesome!!!! (I'm a girl)

Broken upper wash arm on dishwasher
Replacement of the Upper Wash Arm was simple. The replacement arm was an exact match to the failed component. The installation did not require any tools, just installed by hand.
Experience was very positive.

Found the part lying at the bottom of the dishwasher
Simply popped in the new upper arm. Took minutes. I must give KUDOS to Partselect. It was incredibly easy to find the part on the website and the delivery was just as amazing. I highly recommend this website. It's where I will next time an appliance needs a part (hopefully, not for quite awhile). Thanks to all employees!

Upper wash arm came off.
It took longer to open the shipping box then to snap the Upper Wash Arm in place. Anyone, any age could do this, extremely simple. Just make sure you remove the (old) little lock tab on top. It was worn and no longer held the arm in place.

The upper wash arm had broken
I removed the racks, held down the upper water supply, removed the old pin, popped the new pin in, then put the wash arm assembly on. After a quick snap together I replaced the racks, and the job was done.

Washer arm broke off and was repaired easily with the correct part.
The replacement was easy because the two pieces snapped together.
