The upper washer arm fell off.
The repair wash simple. I expected the search for the part to be more difficult.
Partselect.com proved me wrong. I've never been happier. The online schematics and easy to follow navigation made it as simple as the repair itself.
I'll come back here everytime!

Found upper wash arm in the bottom of dishwasher
My hubby lined up the pieces and snapped them into position.
The towel was to keep the little parts from falling into the DW drain if they were dropped.

Upper wash arm came off
Put larger plug in center hole facing top of dishwasher. Make sure the arm is facing correct way so water will spray out properly. Pull arm down about 1/2 inch that is attached to top of dishwasher. Push plug up through hole, then carefully use plug to push down opposite way until it snaps in place. It took about 30 seconds.

Upper wash arm became separated from plastic screw
Removed the upper old plastic screw by hand, put new plastic screw in place through the top, placed upper wash arm in place and pushed the plastic nut through and finally married the hollow plastic nut from below by squeezing the two together.

Upper wash arm fell off repeatedly after being damaged by tall bowl.
Pulled upper water supply tube down away from top of unit.gently (about a half inch), romoved the old fastening pin resting on top of the mount. Inserted the new retaining grommet under the new arm, held arm up in the water supply tube mounting area. Squeezed the locking pin down into the top of the grommet expanding the shaft thus retaining the arm in position. Works perfectly.

Upper wash arm broke and gasket kept falling out
Hardest part of replacing the upper arm was removing the top dishwasher rack (pop off clips on the end of the metal runners & slide out). Then it easily snapped together in seconds.
The gasket around the inside frame was a tight fit, but pressed in with a kid's plastic spoon (didn't want to cut or damage the rubber). I also scoured and cleaned the door where it seals to the gasket since the old one had left residue which it stuck to. Works like a charm!

Washer arm was broken
Snapped the top part to the bottom part and worked fine. Make sure you have the washer arm jets facing downward before you snap it in place.

The upper wash arm kept falling off. I could not get it to snap into position.
I was able to snap the new upper wash arm into position very quickly. I did have to slightly bend the stationery plastic piece on the underside of the top of the dishwasher to get my fingers into position to snap in the new wash arm. It's working perfectly now. Thanks for sending the upper wash arm kit so promptly.

Vinyl part holding spray blade in place kept coming off
Since I had been trying to fix it for weeks, I knew exactly what to do. The repair took no tools, just snapped the vinyl pieces together with the blade. It took less than a minute. It works fine now. The part arrived in just a couple of days. I couldn't ask for better service. Thanks. Jim
