Grille was not attached by previous contractor (they just leaned it in place) we were to clean up and ofcourse when it was touched to the floor it went.
Repair was very easy. We were more impressed with your selection and ordering process. Very quick as was needed for this job to be completed. Our customer was impressed that we found the part and that we were able to get it in so quickly. You helped us continue our professional service. Thank You

Vent grille was broken and exterior door panel was completely cracked and part of it had fallen off.
I actually followed one of your previous buyers who had the same issue as I. Replacing the grille vent is easy. The door was just a little harder as I wanted to make sure I did not break the glass. Unscrewed and popped off the old pane and snapped the new one in place and put the screws back in. On a side note your site was very easy to use and easy to find the parts I needed quickly.
