Water coming out door

Researched problem and found your site, very informative and helpfull. Bought the parts from you, very good price and speady delivery. One problem, I didnt look at the job BEFORE I purchased parts... When I took the top rack out to install the nice new parts kit I discovered the only problem was the connecting hose had come disconnected! I reconnected hose and all is well... Moral of this story, look before you purchase anything for the repair!!! I will be keeping the parts for when I may really need them. LOL

Hole in hose to upper spray arm, damaged top sprayer

Removed the upper spray arm and hose to rear of washer by detaching the hose clip at the back of the upper dish basket and removing the screw at the bottom of the spray arm. Reinstalled the new one piece hose assembly and the new upper spray arm by replacing the screw at the bottom of the spray arm and attaching the new hose clip at the back of the upper dish basket.

My original top spray unit was held in place by two screws. The new top spray unit uses only one screw but the second attachment point is still part of the new unit. I drilled a hole for the second screw. I removed the two screws that held my damaged top spray in place and removed the damaged top sprayer. The small hose to the top sprayer easily slides out of the unit when the screws are removed. I reinstalled the new top sprayer using the two original screws.

Sprayer mount shaft broke.

First of all it was Easter Dinner and the mount borke. Ughhh... I driled some holes and inserted wire to give it the McGiver effect to get me by. Even the mother in law was impressed! Once new parts arrived I only needed a screwdriver. Be carfeul when screwing in the new screw to hold the new sparyer to the new mount. GO SLOW..Let the plastic "give" as you tighten the screw. To fast and you could twist the new monting shaft off. And just barely snug up the screw. Being to tight, the hot water may expand the plastic durring cylcles and cause undo stress.

Water was not dispersing properly which left dishes less than clean

I removed the end clips so I could slide out the upper rack........I recommend doing this carefully inorder to reuse the clips. All the repairs were easy..........at first I thought the lower arm was not tightened enough, but a simple search told me that it is supposed to "wobble".
Thank you for making it so easy to find the right parts. You do an excellent job of organizing parts by model #.

Upper rack spray arm broke

Removed the screw from the old mount, installed the new mount and hung the arm. Could not have been a simpler process! Also really appreciated the ease of finding the part I needed o the website, and the info that told me I didn't have to order a new hanging ring by stating that it's supposed to have an opening at the 3:00 position.

Water can't go to upper rack.

first I removed the Bracket screw underneath of the upper rack , after that I removed the Bracket with my hand by bushing it downward (it removed complete assembly "Bracket & Spray Arm kit") the I removed the other screw to remove the Bracket completely, then I installed the new part's by reversing all above steps, finally I installed the Two screws back again.

Spray arm mount broken and supply tube cracked

First, I compared the parts visually. The mount is a slightly different design. I removed the old mount/spray arm and tube by removing the single screw through the upper mount and un-clipping the rear tube mount. Next I assembled the new parts using the old spray arm as a guide. Note: Installing the new screw for the spray arm into the new mount proved very difficult and I needed to enlarge the pilot hole slightly in order to assemble. I proceeded to attach the new mount to the upper rack and installing the rear tube mount. The new design of the mount eliminated the need for the upper mount and even if I wanted to install it, it will not fit the new design. Overall, an easy repair with a couple of hiccups.

Holes in spray arm

Was having trouble for a couple of years that my top rack wasn't getting clean. Didn't check it out until my son bought a new dishwasher and hubby installed it. Couldn't believe the holes in the spray arm, went online googled it, found the part and in 2 days the part was at our door. Was very easy to install and now my dishes are very clean again!

The spray arm broke

I removed the broken part, went on your website, easily identified the need parts, order the parts, received them in four days ( a weekend was involved) and within about ten minutes of receiving the parts the dishwasher was fixed. We saved ourselves a repair visit and about $150.00. Thanks

Upper arm original rubber hose melted; could not be used

The repair was easy...just removed a screw and 2 clips for the process. The repair kit came in 1 solid plastic piece molded together verses 3 seperate pieces (2 plastic end pieces and 1 rubber hose) like the original factory parts. There was 3 cm difference between the factory and repair part...still worked, just not what I expected.

The plastic tubing which attached to the upper spray jets was ripped apart (fairly normal wear and tear)

I removed the screw from the top dishwasher tray and then proceeded to remove the screw undernearth the spray jets.

There were several parts that needed to be removed after the screws were taken off. They basically all came apart fairly easily.

Some parts I needed to keep and re-use, but most of them were replaced with the new Spray arm kit.

The kit included a new spray jet and the tubing that I needed to orginally replace. All the new parts were installed, using some of the old parts to complete the installation. I basically just remembered how everything was disassembled so that I could re-assemble the new parts. Otherwise, I would have had a hard time, since there were no step-by-step instructions.

It was fairly easy to figure things out, as most parts fit together nicely. Then I could use the 2 screws to tighten everything (which was much easier said than done).

Replaced parts (dishes weren't coming clean)

I played the video, and used the step by step instructions. I am considered a "girly girl" and was overwhelmingly proud that I, alone, was able to change the parts, as well as, save a bunch of money by doing this myself! Thank you Parts Select.
