Cracked spray arm
Held on by 2 small screwws, it was very easy to remove and replace the unit. The new piece fit good and works great. I'll keep this dishwasher much longer with the help of PartSelect!

The spray arm broke
I removed the broken part, went on your website, easily identified the need parts, order the parts, received them in four days ( a weekend was involved) and within about ten minutes of receiving the parts the dishwasher was fixed. We saved ourselves a repair visit and about $150.00. Thanks

Upper arm original rubber hose melted; could not be used
The repair was easy...just removed a screw and 2 clips for the process. The repair kit came in 1 solid plastic piece molded together verses 3 seperate pieces (2 plastic end pieces and 1 rubber hose) like the original factory parts. There was 3 cm difference between the factory and repair part...still worked, just not what I expected.

The upper rotor mount broke off.
I screwed the rack mount to the spindle using the extra screw I ordered. I removed the upper dishrack's front stops and slid the rack out. I clamped the mount to the dishrack. I screwed the rotor to the spindle with the screw that came with the rotor kit. I slipped the feed tube mount over the end of the tube and clamped it on the dishrack. I replaced the rack in the slides and replaced the front stops.
I had a hard time driving the screws. The slots are crossed but do not seem to be standard Phillips. The screws were hard to drive into the holes in the hard plastic. Before I could drive the mount screw all the way, the slot was too stripped to use.

The plastic tubing which attached to the upper spray jets was ripped apart (fairly normal wear and tear)
I removed the screw from the top dishwasher tray and then proceeded to remove the screw undernearth the spray jets.
There were several parts that needed to be removed after the screws were taken off. They basically all came apart fairly easily.
Some parts I needed to keep and re-use, but most of them were replaced with the new Spray arm kit.
The kit included a new spray jet and the tubing that I needed to orginally replace. All the new parts were installed, using some of the old parts to complete the installation. I basically just remembered how everything was disassembled so that I could re-assemble the new parts. Otherwise, I would have had a hard time, since there were no step-by-step instructions.
It was fairly easy to figure things out, as most parts fit together nicely. Then I could use the 2 screws to tighten everything (which was much easier said than done).

Water leaking out bottom of dishwasher dooe
After nearly 2 hours of looking, Mr. Appliance finally discovered that the rubber manifold to the upper spray arm had a big hole in it. The replacement manifold is plastic, not rubber, and requires that the upper spray arm be replaced also. There are two screws holding the manifold and spray arm to the upper rack. It' will save you time if you only unscrew the bottom screw! The bearing for the lower spray arm was badly worn allowing the arm to wobble. This wobble might been the major problem related to water leak. Excessive wobble can create an unwanted wave action in the dishwater, causing water to leak under the front door. The bearing was very easy to replace. I also ordered a new pump outlet seal, but did not install it since the dishwasher works like new and doesn't leak water anymore. While checking earlier for possible leaks, the lower front panels were removed. The sound insulation on one of the panels was wet due to water leaking under the door. Reinstalling the panels, after allowing the insulation to dry, was the hardest and most time consuming part of the repair.

Painless and smooth
The dishwasher upper wash arm water feed tub failed due to old age. The website with its parts pictures made ordering the correct part a breeze. The part arrived the next day and was a perfect fit. It took one screw driver and 10 minutes to replace the three parts. Works like a dream. The dishes are cleaner then they have been in months. By the way the savings were over $150 vs call a repair man.

The rubber tube on the middle spray arm was worn out and the upper dishes weren't getting clean.
Followed the directions on the video and they couldn't have been easier. I'm a 63 year old grandmother and like to fix things myself.... The part came the day after I ordered it. The part works wonderfully.

Spray arm water intake hose disintegrated, water leaking from bottom of door.
Since I'm 84 years old, I called a friend who did the work. The original part was easy to disassemble. Replacing the gasket took the most time.
