Upper dishwasher sprayer connection broke and dishes were not getting cleaned.
Followed repair video and it all parts fit perfectly even though there they were not the original parts. It now works. Very happy.

Middle spray arm hose had a hole in it.
The repair part was exactly a match to the old broken part and with the use of a screw driver it took about 10 mintues to replace the old part with the new. Your video was excellent help in showing how to replace the part. Thanks.

The hose from the sprayer was broken
Had to order the whole upper spray arm kit to replace the hose. The part is different. It originally came in separate pieces and now it is one piece of plastic. Simple to fix.

The upper spray arm had a large hole and would not clean upper self contents
After watching the excellent video on the PartSelect web site, the total repair using the Middle Spray Arm Kit and the Upper Spray Arm Mount took approximately 10 minutes to complete the repair. Also the delivery from PartSelect was fast (2 days).

Plastic tubing from back of dishwasher had deteriortated over time and water began leading out all over the place...part should have been designed as hard plastic...dishes not getting clean
...installation of repair kit was easy...my wife and I did it in 15 minutes, and we are not mechanically inclined...I believe we did a repair for $30 that would have cost $100 if we called a service technican...and we got the new parts in one day...excellent service experience...

Upper rack water tube broke
Using a phillips screw driver for the sprayer retainer reinstalled the new components in about 2 minutes. works great

Middle spray arm arm - upper arm mount broke
Well the first part I ordered (Middle Spray Arm Kit) did not come with the Upper Arm Mount Bracket which is what I needed so I had to call and order it after waiting 6 days for the middle spray arm kit which I didnt really need.
If yours breaks check it out by unscrewing the screw on the bottom of you Upper arm bracket and you will see what the problem is. Once you see all you need is the Upper Arm Mount order it and be watchful when installing. It is not like the video. You have to assure that you have the mount angle to the left or your spray arm will not spin.

Broken middle and upper spray arm
Dishwasher 9 years old and the replacement parts were re-engineered to make installation easier. It took about 30 minutes to install the new spray arm kit. Once I ordered the parts, they were here in two days...even though regular shipping was requested. I will continue to use partselect to order parts for anything in this house I can repair. The parts cost $35. A repair service would have been $150.
