Replaced parts (dishes weren't coming clean)
I played the video, and used the step by step instructions. I am considered a "girly girl" and was overwhelmingly proud that I, alone, was able to change the parts, as well as, save a bunch of money by doing this myself! Thank you Parts Select.

The spray arm was cracked
All you had to do was slide the top rack out, remove the end clips and remove the rack. Once the rack was out you flip it over remove the screw holding the arm, remove the old arm and screw in the new arm. Make sure your clearance is good, slide the rack back into the dishwasher and replace the end clips.

Old spray arm had melted at the end
Very simple, I trashed the old parts and connected the new parts with only one tool, a Phillips head screwdriver.

Rusting dishrack.
Removed old and replaced with new. However, my records show that I ordered the bottom rack and spray arm kit. Part Select sent the top rack with the spray arm attached. Rather than returning the parts, i used the top rack and put the spray arm kit into my household inventory. I may try again later for the lower rack.

Supply hose to upper spray arm had rotted
Started with Sears and they sent the wrong part. Found Parts Select on line and they sent what I needed. First i removed the upper tray by removing the end clips on the sliders to give me access. I then removed the old spray arm by removing the upper and lower screws. I installed the new spray arm, snapped on the supply line retainer and reinstalled the upper tray. Easy as pie with the right parts.

The spray arm hose developed a hole in it and wasn't cleaning the upper tray well anymore
I removed the old spray arm, using a screwdriver and plier. I found it easier to do this after I removed the whole upper tray, which I was able to do after popping out the cotter pins on both sides of the tray and turning the tray upside down. Then I installed the new spray arm kit, using just a screwdriver (it only goes in one way), reinstalled the tray and cotter pins and was done. One caution, make sure the clip holding the hose is mounted exactly where it should be or the new spray arm will not spin. Just check to make sure it spins properly.

Replace worn out parts
I removed the old spray arm and supply tube using a pair of pliers. Next I installed the new items in the reverse order. The final step was to align the supply tube with the water outlet in the back of the dishwasher. The bracket that came with the spray arm was east to install and aligned the parts perfectly. All in all a very easy and satisfying repair....
