The top rack spray arm disintergrated, along with the rinse aid dispenser cap, and other plastic rack pieces.
I left the repairs in my husbands capable hands and walked away. I now have a "new" dishwasher. Thank you for having what was needed.

Broken spray arm and mounting bracket.
Removed old phillips head screws /w washers from spray arm kit and mounting bracket. (You'll need to keep one screw/washer set.) Attached new mounting bracket and screwed securely. Attached spray arm with new screw/washer and I was good to go. Piece of cake!

Original rubber extension tube had worn where it connects to the rotary fitting under the upper basket
First I removed the upper basket from the dishwasher by taking off the end clips from the right and left hand slides. The clips are removed by prying them gently upward with a screwdriver.
Second I removed the old spray arm assembly by slipping the old tube off of the rotary fitting.
Third I removed the center screw from the rotary fitting which holds the upper spary arm in place. I also removed the small plastic piece (block) which is clipped to the wire basket.
Fourth I installed the new spray arm assembly making sure to orient the plastic spacer block so that the spray arm rotates freely. The spacer block clips on the wire tray and the assembly is held in place with a single screw.
The new assembly includes a one piece extension tube and end funnel so it is really easy to install.

Spray arm was broken
Went to parts select online, put in my washer info, the parts pulled right up complete with illustrated parts and it was very easy to order. The parts were actually at my door the next day, that was amazing. I think this is a very good source to get appliance parts.

Leaking at bottom of door.
We were told by a repair guy to buy a new dishwasher-about a $900+ cost to replace. Then a local parts place and Sears each quoted us $85 for the part plus $129 to come out. Found your website and bought the part for $17. Also bought a hard rubber gasket that fits on the bottom of the door for $8. The brackets that came with that last part were the hardest to install, but the gaskets took 15 minutes. We did glue another strip of the long door gasket along the area under the door lip. Works great! Saved over $800. You rock!

The dishwasher wasn't washing properly, the rinse tube didn't meet the water supply.
I removed the screw that held the arm in place. Make sure you remember where it is supposed to go & keep the little clip that holds it to the top rack. Put the new parts in just the way the old ones came out. Don't forget to use the new screw & washer, my old one was a little stripped. Easy, just as the other posts said (and reading them gave me the confidence to try this myself!)

Dishes were not getting clean because the water supply tube had melted through. The water just poured out of tube and never reached the spray arm!
First I removed the old spray arm and water supply tube. There was one screw at the top of the spray arm and the tube holder clip. The new water supply tube is one piece, not three like the old one (which is why it melted) so the tube holder clip is severed so it can be placed around the tube. The old clip is a solid piece so if you only get a new tube you won't be able to get the old clip around it. I didn't need a new spray arm but thought it would be a good idea to replace the entire spray arm apparatus. I took note of how the old spray arm was placed and put the new one right in! It was very easy.

Top spray unit broke off
Received unit in two or three days even during Christmas rush. Replaced sprayer with just a screwdriver in no time and dishwasher is working perfectly. PartSelect is the only way to go. I have used them for other parts and they are always prompt and easy to identify parts on their website.

Water input tube had melted for the top spray unit.
i ordered replacement part (you need the whole kit, not just the tube-the replacement "tube" wont fit in the old arm) got it in about 2 days, put it on in 5 mins. And i'm not usually good at this.
Great and timely service.

The old spray arm water delivery tube fell off onto the heating element and could not be used.
