Washing machine agitator not moving much
First take Fabric Softener Dispenser and cap off Agitator, locate nut, unscrew and wiggle up and out. Agitator Repair Kit comes with the cam dogs and assembly that you put together. (They will only fit one way) I opted to get the Upper Agitator as well since the old one had frayed edges. It is easier to turn over the Upper Agitator and place the assembled Repair Kit inside it then turn over and replace in original position. Using old nut, screw to the lower agitator. Replace cap and Fabric Softener Dispenser.

Only one part of the two part agitator worked
I removed the softener dispenser and the cap from the center of the agitator. With a socket set I removed the bolt holding the agitator. pulled off the agitator. I could see the worn "ratchet fingers". I ordered the parts and two days later received them. Following the enclosed instructions I fixed it. First time I have ever fixed anything on a washer.

Top agitator stopped moving
The "Agitator Repair Kit" worked perfect; it is like a brand new machine again. There was only one bolt to remove and the entire agitator assembly came out. Once removed, I separated the top corkscrew portion from the bottom agitator. The old dog-ear ratchet pieces were worn smooth and were not gripping the inner teeth on the upper portion of the aggitator so I simply replaced all the parts with the new ones from your kit and reassembled. In under 15 minutes, my machine was working like new!!! I cannot even imaging how much a repairman would have rocked me for the same repair.

The top part of agiator would not spin
I watched the video, it went step by step, the screws were not the same as on the video but not hard to figure out how to take control top off. The rest was easy, the video was so easy to follow. The only problem I had was trying to put the cabinet back on the base, I had to have my husband help me, otherwise it was easy. This is the first time I have ever tried to fix a washing machine, I had been looking at new ones, but I decided to try my hand at fixing the problem and I am glad I did,my husband is so proud that I did it by myself that he is telling all our family and friends. I will shop this website again. Thank you

Washer tub off-balance during spin
This washer does not have a removable front panel, so the spring replacement was made from the bottom of the unit, with the washer lying down on its face. This put two of the springs in tension which had to be relieved by propping the tub. The springs had removable bottom clips which made the job much easier.

Stripped agitator dogs
Replaced them with the agitator cam kit. It was easy. Hard to get the upper agitator half off of the lower but that was what the husband is for LOL. With his muscle and your "how to videos", it was a snap. If something else breaks this is the first place Im going to to see if I can repair it. This repair cost a whopping $24 and I actually could have gotten away a lot cheaper but bought an extra washer and bolt which I probably didnt need but replaced anyway. I thought we were going to have to get a new washing machine. No way. Machine is working as good as ever. Thank you, thank you XXXOOO

Agitator was not turning during every wash
I am a woman and not very experienced with large appliance repairs. This was very simple thanks to the diagram posted and the other comments. It saved us time, repair costs and a new washer for now. The ultimate recycling :). Thank you to all who posted
