Would not dispense ice
Took the Ice Bin Out emptyed it then removed the nesasary screws pulled the broken Peice off and sliped
the new part on held the metal peices together so we would know how to keep them in order for fear of putting them in wrong place but we did it now it works great thank you so much for getting the part to me so quickly your great.

The fly wheel on the dispenser was broken
The video for the repair was very helpful and made the repair go very well. It works just like new!!

Ice drum broken
I removed the ice bucket and dumped the ice (saving part of it to put back into the bucket after repair).Using the nut driver,removed all screws,rmoved the auger that the broken drum is mounted on.I reoved the nut on the end of the auger(with my pliers).Slid out auger removed broken drum,replaced new drum and re assembled using your easy to follow instructinns.

I was getting plastic in with ice.
Remove ice bin,remove screws that hold the cover, then remove circlip at the end of the shaft.Remember to stack grinder blades and spacers in the order they come off ,then remove plastic nut that holds the auger . Remove broken auger and install new one then reinstall grinder blades as you removed them . Insert shaft back into bin and replace cover. Place ice bin back in Frig. and your done. The ice guide just snaps in . Jr.

Auger was broken, would not properly dispense ice
Be very, very careful to mark, or make record, of each element as they are removed. For the system to work, the metal "crusher" and dispenser parts must be reinstalled in the exact position as taken out. If you can visualize the assembly, you will note that arms in the drum are placed in a way which allows cube or crushed dispensing. Besides making a schematic, I took a picture which helped me. Of course I am not a real refrigerator repair guy, and had to take the extra steps.

Drum and broken deflector
Remove the screws and detach the cover. loose the spring and unscrew backwards the plastic nut to release the drum. Un ensemble the blades and release the drum and the deflector replace new parts and ensemble again all the parts.

The auger drum had detached from the shaft (broke off).
I removed the external shaft that controls the ice grinder. Its spring loaded so you have to remember how to get it back together. I removed the screws that hold the cover in place. I removed the nylon nut that holds the drum and grinder on the center shaft. I replaced the drum and reversed the procedure.

The dor bin and the ice bind auger drum brocken.
The door bin wasd a snap just take out the old and put in the new. The Ice bin auger was a little difficult because when we took out the ice crusher part we had problems putting it back to it would contine to cruch, it is still off some but on a whole I now can get ice from the door again. I could have used better directions on taking out the old and replaceing it.
