Appreciate having a source like yours to provide parts for my appliance
I would have rated my transaction at 5 stars, except the delivery took over a week and I was notified that it was sent FedEx, but my expectations are based on other site that often delivers in a day or 2 at the most. I actually went on that site to find this part, but decided to go with your firm.

GRATEFUL
The one thing that made it an easy repair was the video that Part Select had on their website which shows how to install the stud that does not use a screw to hold it in place..

Great repair made easy
I am not a wrench-turner, and am mechanically challenged. The ordering process was painless, and the repair video priceless. Very positive experience.

Broken support on lower drawer shelf.
Important: Do not twist broken stud to remove if possible, just pull with the pliers straight out. I twisted it and made the hole larger. Even so, I just used Gorilla Epoxy glue to secure the new one (follow directions on the package) and it's fixed. It's been a couple days and still looks secure. Thanks for the quick delivery.

The shelf support studs were broken off. The crisper drawer cover was broken.
The video showing how to make the repair was absolutely invaluable. It would have been much more difficult without that. Our refrigerator is about 20 years old so the broken support studs were difficult to get out, but because of the video I knew I was doing it correctly. My next project is to fix the ice maker and I feel much more conf

Glass Pan Cover / Shelf Broke
First of all, here's a warning to all -- I took the glass shelf / pan cover out to clean it -- with a sponge wet with COLD water and the shelf literally exploded on me. This is the second such incident. Both times I have been lucky and no one was hurt.
The shelf was easily identifiable by part number based on model number. E ... Read more asy to locate the model number on plate above top shelf inside refrigerator (right hand side in my case).
Only had to carefully set glass shelf in frame -- no issues. I was able to use a screwdriver to remove the shelf support stud and basically pop the replacement back in with no issue.
Thank you Parts Select for your simplified system to order replacement parts, and the speed with which it was received.

My refrigerator is over 10 years old. Over time a few of the door shelf end caps had broke leaving it hard to store things in the door. Recently one of the shelf support studs broke. We did an on line search and found Part Select and had replacement parts in just a few days.
My wife had the shelf end caps and trim replaced before I got home. The shelf support stud was very easy to install. A pair of pliers and a simple turn and the broke piece was out and the new one was in.

Broken water dispenser, shelf supports broken
one screw fixed the water dispenser. The screws were more difficult to remove.
Your website would be more helpful if you had a larger diagram of the shelf supports. It was difficult to locate the exact supports needed. I actually bought one I didn't need as a package of two.

If the company had made the dispenser and shelf supports out of metal they would not have broken. There is too much weight on the brackets in the crisper because it is such a large contained area Otherwise I am very happy with my refigerators performance.

Refrigerator shelf studs broken off
The shelf studs were broken and needed to be replaced. Searching online as to how to remove a number of sources said to turn stud 90deg counter-clockwise to remove. These studs needed to be turned 180 degrees. Once studs were out obvious this needed to be done. Re-insert of studs were easy.
Replacement of studs were easy.

May I replace the push and turn one with the screw in post? The “seat” for both is torn up.
For model number 4388538 refrigerator stud
Hello Kendall, Thank you for your inquiry. You can try either support stud that comes with the kit, but if the inner hole that the support studs go into is not threaded, than the stud may not stay in. We hope this helps.
