End cap bracket broken when shelf over-filled.
Brackets rotated outward and lifted to disengage from door. Front metal strip removed from broken bracket. New bracket placed on shelf strip ends and replaced into door mount plastic. Hardest part was caused by manufacturer changing number of part and supplying it as a "kit" with both left and right bracket, as opposed to previously marking each end LS of RS and changing the configuration so that LS became RS. Joelle, in Customer Service was wonderful in figuring out the number change and sending me the correct part after I realized the originally ordered part was for the wrong side.

Went without any shelves in door except one for need of end caps
removed broken, not working end caps inserted new end caps to hold strip that makes up the shelves. a breeze and was the 2nd most ordered part for that frig. Don't know its age. Now I need one of the straight parts that makes the shelf. I know it won't be as simple as end caps. Nothing could ever be that simple again. But I am going to try and find that part number and hope for the best. Inspired me to replace light bulb too. Now I also am curious about the ice maker. Think it's fixable, too.

Old end caps tabs broke off.
I removed old end caps from refrigerator door shelves and removed existing shelve brackets from end caps. Then I put new end caps on existing brackets and snapped them into place.

Movers broke a glass shelf, cracked a cover, and an end-cap
The old cover came off in two pieces (broken) and the new cover, rather than screwing on, simply snapped in place - a huge improvement over original part.
The end cap kit went in rather straightforwardly; the visual drawing in the part envelope was sufficient.
The glass shelf was only slightly more of a problem as I did not realize that a back piece could be pulled off (minor effort), the new glass placed in position, and then the back clamping piece placed over the rear of the bracket, clamping the glass.
Couldn't have been simpler and saved quite a bit of money if a repair person would have had to come out, first to provide an estimate, and then, the actual repairs; probably two hour minimum. :-)

Pieces were broken making the shelves unuseable.
Took the old shelf and removed the endcaps and snapped the new ones on.
The support stud kit could have had better directions. Was unsure if the whole piece came out of the wall of the freezer or not. A little confusing.

End caps on door shelf retainers break if barely touched
I removed the broken end caps (and bungee cord in one place) and replaced them with the new pieces, which then snapped into holes in the door.
