Rusty racks
It was amazing, the items were shipped within days of placing the order. They arrived ready for installation. My husband had the new racks in place in 10 minutes. He removed the wheels from the old racks and placed the wheel on the new racks which required no tools. Then we slid the new racks into place, a perfect fit!

Dishwasher racks were chipped and starting to corrode.
First I just rolled out the lower rack assembly, and rolled the new one in. Then I moved onto the upper rack. I started by sliding the off the rail cap lock at the end of the rack. The entire cap does not come off, just the bottom slotted piece. This is done by simply edging out the bottom of the cap, toward the front of the dishwasher, until the bottom slides out of the slot, and lifts out of the way. Then the upper rack was released to roll freely out of the support rail. The next step was to pry off the top of the water diverter. Next was to unscrew the wand assembly from the water diverter that is attached to the upper rack assembly. There are no water lines attached to this, it just directs the jetted water from the top of the dishwasher. Then simply pop the mount from the upper rack. And reassemble the way it came off. This was a simple fix to make the dishwasher like new inside again. The racks purchased from Parts Select fit perfectly with no modifications or trouble. This operation took less than ten minutes. Anyone should be able to handle this operation. If you are afraid to disassemble the upper rack, take a few digital pictures to refer to, and delete them later. This is a tip that has been priceless to me in the past on other projects. Thank you Parts Select.

Dishwasher racks had become old and plastic coating came off.
All I had to do was take out old racks and replace with new ones. However the top rack did require taking off the part where the water runs through, it was easy though.
I would like to comment on how quickly and efficiently the parts arrived. I placed my order on a monday morning and am pleased to report by tuesday afternoon they arrived, much to my delight.

The rack had broken on one of the arms that connect to the wheel in the slider
I unclipped the plastic pieces at the front of the rack. This was very easy. Then I removed the old rack. I then removed the water sprayer from the old rack and placed it on the new rack. This was simple and I unscrewed the water sprayer by hand and snapped out. Putting it on the new assembly was very easy. Then I placed the new rack on the two stainless steel sliders and refastened the plastic clips at the ends. It was no problem.

Parts required replacement.
I closed on a house a few weeks back. You really don't notice issues with appliances until your living there....the walk through doesn't give you the time to really see anything hidden. Anyway - the dishwasher had appeared to be used to wash grease covered parts from a car so I pulled all the racks and filters out and placed the order for replacement parts. I saved hundreds in obtaining replacement parts verse buying a new machine - and I didn't have to sit around waiting for a repairman to do the work for me. I've made several purchases from PartSelect, and will probably making more in the near futre - Thanks!

Tines were rusted. The spray arm was melted and broken
Removed the old racks and spray assembly. Matched the parts and removed the needed wheel assemblies with a screw driver and snapped them onto the new racks. The spray arm was very easy. It took removing one part and then reassembling it with the new one. Everything works good. Parts arrived the next day. Great service. My wife is happy!

Top rack had rusted
Slid the rack out, removed the end pieces holding top rack in the sliding arms. Removed the spray arm. It was stiff & a bit hard to get off, but with a little careful prying it came off. Put that spray arm assembly back onto the new rack, slid the new rack back in place, put the end pieces back on and in less than 15 minutes, we were done. Part came in very quickly, I might add. I feel like I have a brand new dishwasher.

Top rack was rusted out
Found rack fairly easily on this site. Ordered reluctantly because I wasn't sure I ordered the right part or if I could install it. Received item really quickly. It was correct and easy to install. I'm not a great home "repair guy", but this worked out very well. I would order from them again in a second.

Old racks were discolored and stained
I opened the boxes (which arrived VERY quickly! thank you) and exchanged the old racks with the new racks. The upper rack had to be re-fitted with the spinning spray mechanism, but, it was very easy to changed it from installation on the old upper rack to re-installation on the new upper rack.
It was all a breeze!

Old racks were getting rusty
Replaced racks and removed silverware holder, glass holder and water sprayer from old rack and attached to new rack with very little trouble. The only thing different with the new lower rack, is that it does not have the collapsible racks to use for pots.
