Thanks in advance for your advice. I had a power serge and the cook top does not power up at all. No indicator lights come on. I have the unit out and the Terminal Block looks fine, but easy to replace. Not are if could be the thermostat. Appreciate any help you can provide.
For model number G9CE3675XB01
Hello David, thank you for reaching out. According to our understanding, the issue does not seem to be with the thermostat. The issue is most probably with the control board, part number PS11753072. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
