Porcelain sleeve broke
Due to the age of the appliance, the screws were almost fused to the burner. I used a spray lubricant and broke the screws free with an impact screw driver. It was pretty easy with this type of driver. This avoided stripping the screws which would have occurred with a regular screw driver. The installation was easy and it all works like a charm!

I have an old kitchenaide stovetop. I just need the ignitor wire. I do not need the electrode. How can i get this w/o paying 139 each? I just need to replace 4 wires only. All of the electrodes are fine. Please can you advise?Thanks, dane
