Replaced the rollers on the new dishrack

Soaked the axles in warm water and installed them, then placed the roller wheel on the axle. A no-brainer!

Bottom rack was rusty and prongs had broken off

With a very upset husband. The wheels were difficult to take off, although after he got the hang of it he stopped breaking them. I had ordered 6 wheels and axles, should have ordered 8, but the ones he didn't break we could use again. Now, the old cutlery basket from the old rack does not fit into the new rack. Today I ordered a new basket after being told the manufacturer must have changed the rack. Hoping the new basket fits the new rack.

Old rusting dish rack needed to be replaced

I replaced the rack of my old Kitchen Aid dishwasher which is AT LEAST 40 years old... maybe 50 but runs fine. I just unscrewed the wheels from the old rusty rack and attached them to the new rack and popped it in place. Very easy!

Replace top and bottom racks

The repair did not take long. Removed some of the parts from old racks which did not take too long to accomplish. Everything went together well. Very pleased with the new parts.

Replaced bottom dishrack on dishwasher and had ultimately to replace the wheels

Tried to get the old axles and wheels off old dishwasher but couldn't so ordered new axles and wheels--not easy to put on--needed pliers--but the worst part is the wheels don't glide as well as the ones we couldn't get off the old rack so-particually when the bottom rack is loaded--it is very hard to push in the rack and pull it out. You practically have to lift it. Very disappointed as in the hopes of making an improvement (replacing old rack with broken pieces that held dishes) it is now worse!

Dishwasher 22 years old....have been told no longer built in this country....badly rusted tynes on the bottom rack, leaving rust spots on dishes.

Ready to slide in, except for removing rollers & bumpers from old rack & placing on the new rack. Husband did this very easily, in less than 15 minutes.
Dishwasher still in great working order after all these years, afraid to replace it with a lesser quality today.
Rack arrived in 4 days! Wonderful!
Only minor glitch...came white, instead of blue....but WHO CARES....fits beautifully. Very happy I decided to spend the money on the "old" dishwasher! (Would have done this sooner if I'd known parts were still available.)

The racks were rusting and staining the dishes.

The rack you sent me didn't have the plastic wheels on the bottom so I had to pry the old ones off and use them.

Diswasher parts worn out.

My parts really did not require tools to install , although the dishrack rollers may require some persuasion for someone with weak hands. The ease of ordering online and delivery was excellent. I will definately be using your service for all my appliance needs
