Old wheels were going away 1 by 1
I took the dishtray outside to the patio and removed all the old wheels and axles. Sipped some coffee and then snapped on all the new axles and wheels. It now rolls like new even when full of dishes. I,m glad I found your website again!

Replaced the rollers on the new dishrack
Soaked the axles in warm water and installed them, then placed the roller wheel on the axle. A no-brainer!

Bottom dishwasher rack kept getting hung up in dishwasher. Oven light burned out, one oven rack missing at time of home purchase.
It was a "snap" to repair diswasher wheels(snapped off the old and replaced witht the new ones) and bumpers(heated them in hot water first so as not to break them before snapping them into place)!
Oven rack simply needed to be placed into the oven.
Hardest part of this project was replacing the light bulb. Removed two screws that held glass lens/metal frame in place. Twisted bulb left to remove it. Glass bulb released itself from the metal base instead of coming out as one piece, so I had to disconnect the power source, then get plastic handeled pliers to remove the metal base that was still inside the socket. Once that was removed, the new bulb was placed into the socket, power was reinstated and "wa-lah!" there was light in the oven again! Hooray!

Plastic roller axles were broken.
Snapped in new ones (8) by hand. I was amazed how fast I was able to find this part online and the ordering was easy and in a few days the parts arrived. No hassle trying to explain to anyone what part I needed. There were pictures of all parts available. Ordering online, especially if you know what you are looking for, is really the way to go.

Roller axles had broken releasing wheels
I ordered 8 new axles and used old wheels. I broke off the remaining axle parts left on the wire lower basket with just my hands, and then popped on the new axles. This was done without tools; just needed significant pressure to pop the axles onto the coated wire. The wheels popped onto the axles with a little pressure. Make sure you have the right side of the wheel out. I simply looked at the remaining working wheels before install began to make sure which side goes out. Very easy install.

Bottom rack was rusty and prongs had broken off
With a very upset husband. The wheels were difficult to take off, although after he got the hang of it he stopped breaking them. I had ordered 6 wheels and axles, should have ordered 8, but the ones he didn't break we could use again. Now, the old cutlery basket from the old rack does not fit into the new rack. Today I ordered a new basket after being told the manufacturer must have changed the rack. Hoping the new basket fits the new rack.

Lower dishwasher rack wouldn't roll any longer.
Removed the old broken axles and last few wheels. Needed pliers to help remove the axles. Took a few minutes. Put on the axles and popped on the wheels. Threw out the old silverware basket and put the new one in place, Finished in approx 20 minutes. I really thought I had to get a new dishwasher but then stumbled on your web site. Saw another woman's story about how her dishwasher was like new when she did the same replacements. She was RIGHT. I feel like I have a new dishwashwer. The parts were reasonably priced and the shipping was VERY VERY QUICK. All parts were correct.

Bottom rack would not roll easily and often came off track
I just pulled out the rack and removed the eight existing roller wheels and roller axles. I was able to remove most of the roller axles with my fingers but needed pliers to remove a couple of them. I then snapped the new roller axles onto the rack and then the roller wheels onto the new roller axles and put the entire rack back in the dishwasher. The lower rack now rolls smoothly and consistently no matter how many dishes we have piled into it. Also, it has not come off the tracks since replacing the roller axles and roller wheels.

Mom died, selling her house. Lower rack of dishwasher with only 2 out of 8 wheels
The website had great pictures, I compared the wheels I had and the broken axles with the pictures, and picked what I thought would match. They were perfect. I used pliers to pop the axle on, and my fingers to put on the wheels. It works perfectly now

Rollers came off my bottom rack due to broken axles.
I ordered all new axles even though not all of them were broken - I figured it was just a matter of time. Ordered one new roller because one was missing, and an extra one just in case. Removed all old rollers and axles. A couple of them did not want to come off, so I "hit" them with a screwdriver. Put on all new axles and replaced the rollers. The whole project took about 10 minutes. SUPER EASY. CHEAP FIX FOR MY OLD DISHWASHER.

A couple of axles disintegrated so the bottom dish rack wouldn't roll
I took out the bottom rack, turned it upside down, popped off the wheels and saved them and put on the new axles. It took a little doing to get the new axles snapped into place-they were stiff. I finally figured out how to use the pliers at the right angle to pop them on. Then the wheels popped right on and off I went.
