Cover,Frame MCK59045801

First parts arrived, both left and right side frame covers in same container. Right side cover had foam inserts but left side didn't. Called customer service, they were helpful in reordering another left side cover but informed me I'd have to pay for the second one but would be credited once the first one was sent back and received by you. Second part arrived in about a week. It too was missing foam inserts. I called customer service again. They could not explain why the part wasn't as expected. I was kinda told in so many words that I'd have to live with. I asked about my refund for returning the first cover. Was told it appears it did arrive in warehouse but couldn't explain why I hadn't been refunded for it yet. It's beeen another week, still haven't installed second cover, I'm going to hardware store to try to find similar foam and use 2 sided tape to attach. Still no refund after almost 3 weeks....
