Timer/cycle contol unit stopped working
Unplug machine from electrical box. Removed two screws on front and two screws on back of contol panel. This allowed the panel to be tilted foreward. A needle nose pliers was needed to remove the black pin from the timer/cycle control unit to allow the dials to be removed from the front. The timer was pried out from the back of the panel using a flat head screw driver and the electrical connector was removed using a my finger nail to release the connector. The new timer was connected to the electrical connector and the unit was pressed back into the panel. The black pin on the new unit was pulled out to allow the dials to be reapplied to the front of the panel and then the black pin was reinserted. The panel was tilted back onto the washer and the 4 screws were put back into place. Once the machine was plugged back in it worked properly.
