Outside vent was broken due to grease decaing the plastice.

replaced with new grill, ok. The vent grill was only 3 years old!!!!!!! should last longer than that!!!!!!!!!!!!

Handle was broken / grill broken by repaiman

Remove plastic retainer around glass front , then removed glass. Unscrewed handle and replaced new handle. I just installed the new grill.
