Broken grill
Adjusted clips inserted grill less then two minutes.It took me longer to unwrap the package then it took to install.Ordered part on line 10:45 am delivered 2:30 pm next afternoon.Less then 28 hours later. What service.

Vent broke while cleaning
plastic snapped near spring-clips.
took longer to open package than to install. set in place and snapped metal clips into slots.

All of a sudden the grill-vent went flying off and pieces broke everywhere
since all of the screws (and a piece fell off), the new grill-vent just had to be attached
