Lower rack began rusting and wheels broke off.
Pull old rack out, slip new one in! One thing i did was order wheels and studs as i was unaware they lower rack came fully equiped with all wheels, studs, and flip up dish dividers. So if your replacing the rack no need to order the wheels! The diagram made it look as if you only et the wire rack and not all the added pieces.

The bottom rack had broken wheels and rusted prongs
Exactly as described by a previous reviewer. I pulled out the old rack, put in the new rack and just moved over the cutlery rack.

Racks got nicked and rusted out
Both upper and lower come complete w/combs. Bottom Rack asm the only thing I transfered was the the silverware holder. The new bottom comb pattern in 180 deg out from what orginal came with and they give you a sticker to place inside next to model and ser#. The upper Rack asm I had to transfer the spray wand and assemble and the two glass goblet stem holders.

Wire basket rusting.
The Lower Rack was a simple swap. The Upper Rack had a tube and rotating sprayer that had to be removed and installed on the new rack. I used a nutdriver to remove a few screws and reinstall them on the new unit. Very simple.

Easiest repair ever. My new rack arrived in three days, opened the box and slid it in. Better quality than the original. Excellent service!

Replacing rusted dishwasher racks
Lower assembly only require removal and replacement without tools. Upper assembly required screw driver and pliers to install water wand from old rack to new rack.
The most surprising aspect of this repair was the short 36 hours that it took from order placement to product receipt.

Lower rack was bent, didn't like rolling out of the dishwasher anymore
I removed the old rack and saved the flatware container. Then I put the new rack in.
The difference between the old one and the new one is that between a busted grocery cart with one wheel that always wants to return to the parking lot, and a well-trained dog that does exactly what I ask it to. The new rack was worth the $95 I spent to get it.
The new rack came with wheels and axles, so I didn't need to order more.

Bottom rack was rusted out
I took out the old rack and rolled in the new. I thought I was going to have to take the rollers off the old one and put them on the new, but they were already on the new rack. The hardest part was getting into the box. I am an 80 year old female.
