Computer went out on freezer - freezer stopped cooling
Ordered a new computer board. Popped the old one off and put the new one on, plugged the freezer in and set freezer levels. Easy Peasy!

Not freezing control unit is showing hi temperatures don’t know how to re set keep pushing setting won’t change

Hello Ali, Thank you for your question. To fully reset the freezer, unplugging the unit or shutting off the breaker connected to it for 5 min and reconnecting it will also reset it. If the freezer is still not freezer correctly, our sources suggest replacing the thermistor under part PS977306 for your model to fix the issues. We hope this helps.
