Water dribbling out slowly when dispensing water

Please check the water inlet valve, part number PS7321353, and the water filter, part number PS11704498, and ensure that these parts are providing water with proper pressure. If this does not help, the issue is probably related to the dispenser actuator, part number PS11704150, and the dispenser module, part number PS11770405. We hope this sorts out your problem!
found part# 242095501 with screw attached in ice container what is the repair process the shaft is broken

Hi Steve, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the shaft that you are referring to comes as a part of the auger motor, part number PS3506221. If the shaft is broken, it cannot be repaired, but the auger motor may need to be replaced. We hope this helps!
