Washer won't agitate but will fill up with water. I replaced the lid switch, belt is in tac and spins, tub spins freely, and i've try to reset it multiple times. Which it worked before but nothing now. Any idea what this might be?
For model number GTWN4950L0WS
Hi Brad,
Thank you for your question. If the washer is not agitating, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which ones are causing the issue. You will need to check the belt, the lid switch, the link fuse, the hub nut, the tub dampening strap and the shaft and the mode shifter assembly. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Hello, my washer doesnt agitate and spin. I have verified the pump works, no clogs and reset washer several times. I've noticed the led flashes red 3 times. Need advice before I order a $299 motor drive. Thanks
For model number GTWN4250M1WS
Hello Hernan, thank you for inquiring. For this symptom you will want to replace either the 6-Rib Drive Belt part PS1482278, the Tub Dampening Strap part PS271100, or the Split Ring part PS1766022. We hope this helps.

Our washer is very noisy during a washing cycle, especially when it spins. It sounds like the motor bearings are shot - is this a common issue? And will simply replacing the motor fix this issue?
For model number GCWN5050M0WS
Hello Roger, Thank you for the question. Normally the noise is caused by worn and defective Tube Bearing, Tub Bearing Washer, Split Ring, Tub Seal, Hub Washer, Thrust Washer or Hub Nut. We suggest checking the parts for wear or damage. We hope this helps!
Red light on motor flashes all the time. Machine won't run, is the motor the problem?
For model number GRWN5150M0WS
Hello Sebra, Thank you for the question. If you have one flash constantly, it indicates motor failure. We hope this helps!
