Took 5 minutes. Snap the old part off and replace with the new part. No problem.

Broken upper rack wheel and stud assembly
I removed top dishwasher rack, popped off broken studs, and removed wheels from the tracks. I replaced studs on rack by popping them into place, and I slid new wheels back into wheel tracks. I place new studs into wheel assembly, slid rack back into dishwasher and replaced stoppers at the front of the tracks.

Upper tray very difficult to pull out and push in
Using a screwdriver removed upper tray slide end caps.
Removed upper tray.
Removed and replaced upper tray rollers.
Using screwdriver removed track rollers and Track.
Assembled track with rear stops.
Installed lower track rollers.
Holding track in place installed upper track rollers. Installed upper tray and and front track stops.

The wheels on the upper basket had broken
I removed the plastic end caps by gently pushing and twisting them. Once the end caps were off the basket slid out. The old wheels were removed and the new ones clipped in very easily. I then slid the basket back into place and replaced the end caps. The most difficult part was removing the end caps. I was afraid that I would break them, but by being careful and not forcing the piece they easily came off.

Upper tray rollers broke
Three of the four roller of my upper shelf of my dishwasher had broken...I went on line and in ten minutes ordered my rollers....a few days later rollers came and within fifteen minutes my dishwasher was up and running.....thank you so much....I will absolutely use this site again for future repairs....Thanks again. Marlene Martin
