One of the roller axles broke
I removed the cap end of the upper slide. That was the hardest part of the job. The rest was easy. Removed the old roller and snapped on the new one and replaced the cap. The removing and putting the back the slider cap the the key and most difficult part of the job.

One of the four wheels broke
Easy fix. Works much better now. Followed one of the other repair stories and worked like a charm. Pulled the front slide stops out by twisting slightly then pulled the rack out. Snapped in new wheels and axles and put it all back together.

Roller pins worn out, broken
Simply had to remove the stopper blocks from the rails (needed pliers), pull out the rollers and slide in the new ones, then replace the blocks and straighten the now slightly bent metal on rail ends. Parts arrived within a few of days, repair was extremely easy and parts work great-- now the wife is happy...so everyone is happy. Will certainly look at PartSelect.com for future fixes!

Two of the pieces that held the top rack broke
I googled the question, "How do I get the top rack end piece off?" and the answer appeared on someone's blog. We were surpised we were able to get the repair done ourselves, as we usually rely on our son. I I had ordered two kits thinking that there would be only one piece that I needed.

Replaced wheel on upper dish rack
Tough part was removing the two end clips. Arm on back pulls back to allow the clip to pivot and come out. Wheel replacement was a snap (literally). Old wheel unclips from the rack and the new clip snaps on. Very easy!

Roller was broken and upper rack fell from rails
I purchased a roller for $10 and ended up with a bag of four. Good think I did not buy extras or I could have ended up with 8 or 12 rollers of which I needed only 1. It was not clear from you product description that I got for pieces. I pulled off broken roller (it crumbbled into several pieces actually) then snapped new roller into place. Had to remove and return end cap of rail to get new roller into rail. I was very worried the end cap would crack during this operation, but it held together. Lots of bending required. I recommend getting new end caps when replacing the rollers.

Rack roller replacement
As they say, anything is easy if you know what you are doing. I had no clue. I located the model number on the left inside doorframe and went to the internet. After visiting PartSelect I quickly found the part that I needed and then saw that there is an installation video. I watched it, ordered the part, it arrived earlier than I ever figured, and installed two new rollers. It was very easy. The only glitch is that I thought that I was ordering two single rollers when in fact there are 4 included in each roller order (4 per bag). Even after that mistake, I am more than pleased.

The roller on top rack broke
I had called a repair man twice for electrical repairs and asked him also to fix the roller. He said he'd order the part for me, but would charge me and additional $35 to come back and put it on.
It was so easy to order the part by myself online that I decided to do it myself. When the part came, I thought it would be super easy, but I forgot how to get the end cap off. After about 3 minutes, I twisted the cap and it came off. The rest was easy...just slip the new roller in and replace the endcap. No tools, just patience.
