The drum support rollers are not sold individually and are now available in a kit of 2. This kit contains the 2 rollers, four tri-rings and one palnut.
This part works with the following brands: Whirlpool, Admiral, Estate, Inglis, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Roper, Maytag, Crosley, Jenn-Air, Hardwick, Magic Chef, Amana, Caloric & Glenwood.
This part fixes the following symptoms:
NOTE: This kit is for 29" wide dryers built 1965 or later. Please verify model # before ordering as may not work for all models.
This kit comes with one multi-rib belt, two drum support rollers, one idler pulley, four tri-rings, and one clip. This part can be used with both gas and electric dryers.
Replaced roller. Very simple. Dryer is the easiest appliance to repair. Only a few parts keep a dryer working

Followed the instruction given by previous writers in these post.Hint The bungee cord hook was used to hold up the lid, worked very well.If you are by yourself use duct tape to hold the drum in place before removing the front panel. Tape the top rear of the drum to the rear frame. Also do this when reassembling the front panel.Easy and quick makes the wife happy this time.PS. Ordered the parts on Sunday and had them on Tuesday.
Followed the instructions from the video on hour website. It was quick and easy. The only thing that took time was waiting for the glue to dry.
I pretty much followed the instruction sheet that was included with the new drum belt BUT, this should be added in step #2. "If working alone" Before removing the front door panel: A)pull down lower access panel. B)Support the weight of the drum. (This can prevent damaging the rear drum seal!).Also, instruction sheet step #5 should read: Route belt through the idler pulley bracket (by pulling side of bracket open enough to insert belt) and then around the motor pulley.Step #7) A putty knife with the end rounded off works best!Thanks!
Removed 2 screws holding the lint trap on top, popped up the top and lifted back, removed 2 screws on the inside top of front panel, lifted front off and set aside then reached under the drum and pulled tension pully to loosen the belt, and removed the drum. popped the motor clams off and then used 2 adjustable wrenches to grasp the nuts at the front and back to remove blower fan. When you look for the area in back to loosen the blower fan you may notice the nut that you are looking for is actually part of the fan and is plastic looking rather than metal. I did have to take off the back cover to the blower fan to tighten it back up.I had seen instructions that the blower fan would have a 3/8 hole in the back of it to loosen it,but mine did not. I assembled it and it works great with my new motor and rollers. I received my part in 2 days, very happy
I took the long way around and removed the back with the nutdriver (8mm), unscrewed the lint catcher from the top and back (phillips). From there, I reached around and unscrewed the support brackets (9/16"). Once I confirmed the problem, I ordered the parts. There was really nothing wrong with the belt or pulley, but considering its age, I figured it was easier to replace now while I already had it apart.Once I received the parts (about 3 days), I removed the front of the dryer by popping the top of the cabinet off, and the kick plate at the bottom with a flat screwdriver. Then, I removed the two screws holding up the door at the bottom, and the two holding it from the inside top. Once the front came off, I removed the idler pulley from the bottom, and the drum fell out. I was left with an empty cabinet with the exception of the motor.I replaced the tri-rings on the support shafts, which was the most time consuming part of the whole ordeal. Those buggers are tight. I ratcheted the support brackets back on , removed the belt from around the drum and replaced it with the new one. I added the idler pulley back in, placed the drum against the back, and hooked the belt back around the motor. I also replaced the lint seal that goes from the drum to the catcher before putting it all back together.I wish all machines were as easy as this dryer to repair.
After identfying that the problem was due to a damaged drum support roller, I decided to replace the bad roller instead of replacing the dyer itself.The first thing was to remove the front coverand the front panels to expose the drum. (Only a few screws hold them in place.) Next, the drum was removed by first releasing the belt from the motor pulley and tensioner, and then pulling the drum straight out. At this point the two rollers would be exposed. The triangular plastic retaining locks were removed by slightly prying them off. The old rollers were then removed and replaced.Before putting everything back, this was a good time to vacuum all the accumulated lint inside, especially the lint that had accumulated around the motor assembly and the fire box.(A pleasant surprise: I found a lot of coins inside the unit, enough to recoup half of what I spent for the new rollers.)
I removed the 2 screws in the lint filter. Then pried up the top of the dryer. I removed the 2 screws inside the front panel at top.I then unplugged the wires inside attached to the front panel. I pulled up on front panel and removed it. I then lifted out the drum and set aside. I replaced the 2 drum wheels prying off the plastic retainers. I didn't relpace the tension pulley as I didn't have one. I took old belt off drum and replaced it with the new one and replaced drum. I held up the drum with a bungee cord while I rethreaded the belt. I put the front panel back on and replaced the screws. I then plugged the wires back together. I put the top down and then replaced the 2 screws in the lint filter. I relaced the lint filter and tested the dryer. The noise was gone and new belt installed. fairly simple.

Lifted top of dryer using putty knife. Took front panel off using socket wrench. Slipped drum belt off an took drum out. Vacuumed out entire interior. Replaced rollers an clips and reassembled!! Saved $100!!! Thank you!!
The first thing I did was call my friend Donnie who manages some apartment buildings and who is always complaining about fixing things and getting the right parts to fix things. unplugged power, slide unit away from wall, removed bottom front cover, rear sheetmetal cover, tilted front of unit to remove roller outboard support (sheetmetal screw from bottom of dryer). Removed shaft bolt from rear of dryer which released roller assembly. Remove speed nut from old roller assembly to remove outboard support arm, mounted new roller to new shaft placed triangle clips (one each side of roller), mounted outboard support to front of new shaft and completed re-assembly (reverse order of disaasembly).
Raised the top of the dryer and removed the front panel. Then removed the drum to gain access to the drum support rollers. Used the the flat screwdriver to remove the retaining clips holding the wheel in place. Slid the new wheels in place and popped the clip back on. Slid the drum in and put the front back on. The installation video online was extremely helpful.

The dryer problem was in the motor bearings and not the roller wheels as I had originally thought. Smart idea. All the parts fit perfectly and installed exactly as your videos described.
