Took old basket out and put new one in.

The silverware basket was deteriorating and silverware partially falling through
Luckily the local repair company gave me your email address after they said the silverware basket was no longer available.
I checked your website and luckily you had the wonderful picture as well as the grid which showed the size of the basket as well as the distance between the holes used to attach the basket on the door. I only had to measure my basket's width and height and more importantly the space between the holes. The one you showed was identical in size and style to my current one.
The only time it took was to take the measurement, place the order on your site, open the package when it came and slide it in to place!
How great! I sure didn't want to get a new dishwasher when this one works just fine. Great price and great service. Many thanks,

My original part was broken. Almost unusable.
Replacement part came. It was broken. I took pics of it, and send the pics and an email to PartSelect. They put another replacement part in the mail on the spot. I was shocked! The 2nd one arrived in perfect condition. BONUS POINT to PartsSelect!

Replacement old rusted racks and other broken parts
justed snaped the old bottom rack wheel off installed new that came with the rack .Same with the top and other parts.
Your service was great, even with back ordered parts, and delivery was timely after you received backorder.

Old down-draft stove came with house we purchased
This Jenn-Air stove must be 40 years old. At first when I learned I could purchase a new burner element the price seemed high...until I priced new stoves. I unpacked the unit and plugged it in. That was it. The part even has a 5 year warranty. I'm impressed.
Silverware basket was for our Whirlpool dishwasher. Had no problem matching it up since your site has pictures and dimensions. No installation needed.

Spray arm hose not fitting into back of washer right and not washing dishes right
Removed screw on old spray arm and reattached spray arm with same screw. Snapped bracket parts on. Replaced silverware basket. Took less than 5 minutes and dishwasher is doing a great job of getting the dishes clean!
