Knob wouldn't turn
The knob fell apart &when I got the new part I just
put the new knob on & it was fine.

When I tried to turn the washer on, the knob broke off in my hand.
Turned the small piece the knob broke off of counterclockwise to remove and turned the new knob on by hand. Took less than a minute and it works like new. Thank you.

Broken timer knob
The repair was simple. I just removed the broken knob and replaced it with the new knob. The real story is I ordered the replacement knob one day and it was delivered the very next day. Fantastic service from PartSelect. Thank you.

Timer knob had broken off
The repair was very simple, it required only screwing the new Timer Knob on to the washer control panel. The really amazing things was how quickly you shipped my part, it was here the very next day after placing my order the previous afternoon and it was cheaper than our local parts store.
