Easy repair. Great part. The hardest part was removing the fridge lower exterior door so I could get access to the icemaker. A couple of youtube videos later I realized loosen a screw, slide the icemaker out and unplug slide the new icemaker in and plug-in making sure the water spout was accurately over the water receptacle for the icemaker. Several hours later I was up to my eyeballs in beautiful clear ice cubes. Highly recommend.

We haven Electrolux refrigerator and both ice makers have failed multiple times. We are trying to fix the bottom ice maker and want to replace the whole unit. Is this unit the complete ice maker? I do not want just parts.

I need to replace the ice maker on my refrigerator, model listed above. Your part states that the Manufacturer’s part number is 5303918493, but the documentation from Electrolux says that the part number for my refrigerator is 241798226. Are you sure that your unit is correct for my refrigerator?

My ice maker has stopped working. I just changed the filter thinking that would resolve the issue. Is this part the right one to get to replace my ice maker?

Hello Kimberly, thank you for asking. First ensure the filter is the correct one PS2364646, and installed correctly. Slide the new filter into the housing and press it down until it locks into place. Be sure to run water through the dispenser for about three minutes to prime the filter before use. Discard this water or use it to water plants. Do not forget to reset the indicator by pressing it down for 3-10 seconds. Yes, this Icemaker PS3409466 is the correct one. We hope this is of some help to you.
