Control Knob WP3182568

The knob (part) came quickly and was a perfect match to the other knobs on my cooktop.

I ordered a stove control knobs to replace broken knobs. Unfortunately the knobs lacked a metal insert needed to make them functional. The parts diagram I used to order the knobs did not show a separate inner metal insert so I assumed the insert was part of the knob. Such was not the case and therefore the knobs are useless. It seems obvious that if the inserts are not part of the knob they should be shown as such on the parts diagram. Based on this experience it is doubtful that i will be ordering parts from PartSelect again.

Stove knob was exactly what I needed and it matched my other knobs. Easy to install.

Looks like original. Would wish it were not as costly as it was, but I am satisified.
