Oven wouldn't heat, sparks coming out of door. I nearly went out and bought a new stove.

First I removed the two screws holding old element in place. I pulled out old element, pulled the wire connectors from old element and reconnected to new element. I pushed the element back into place and redid the two screws. Simple!
