Dryer not heating

The repair was easy and the directions were easy to follow as well. It saved me $250 to repair it myself! I did have to order the thermo cut off kit as well b/c the thermo cut off usually goes when the element goes too. The shipping was very fast less than 24 hrs. for min. shipping charge.I have this site booked marked!

No heat in dryer and timer not advancing

Under "Symptoms" we clicked on "Timer does not advance and no heat". We replaced one at a time the Thermal Fuse, the Cycling Thermostat and the Timer -- still no heat and timer only advanced on timed dry setting. An electrician confirmed our breakers were fine. When we replaced the heating element, the dryer worked fine and the timer advanced properly. We followed the instructional videos which were very helpful in replacing the parts using a nutdriver and screwdriver. The new heating element was needed and probably the Timer.

Dryer fully functioning but no heat

The whole order process was awesome with your company. The parts arrived and very fast delivery. The attached videos simplified the entire process. I realized after receiving the parts that the problem was actually a burnt wire inside that I replaced myself. Since I no longer needed the ordered parts I called and had a wonderful interaction with Janet. She was very helpful with the return process. I assure you that after researching you Co. had the best price and service. I will be sure to order any part you sell in the future if needed to fix my appliances. Thank you for the videos that explain the repair, it makes the average person's job a lot easier when companies take the time to invest in their customers. 2 thumbs up!!!

Clothes not drying, no heat

Watched the video install instructions and followed instructions and installed the heating element. Still did not work but install was easy. So ordered the thermal fuse and installed and that didn't work. So ordered the thermal cut off kit, and the top thermal unit was installed and we had heat. All the installations were easy and did not take any time at all to do. Ordering and delivery were easy and speedy. If not for the holidays delivery would have been faster but am not complaining as each delivery arrived a lot sooner than I expected. Next time will order all the recommended parts at the same time instead of one at a time and wait and see method. The video install instructions were very helpful. Must mention I could have done the install myself the instructions were so easy (I'm 70) but my husband did the work so kudos to him.
