the freezeer gasket was not sealing properly and the refrigerator door one was torn
Since the parts arrived with no instructions and I had a vague idea of what I had to do, I went on You-tube and watched a video which was very helpful. It was a little difficult at first but once I got the hang of it things went smoothIy. It's like a brand new refrigerator now!
It is pretty simple, if you lift the lip on inside of gasket there are 1/4 in. screws just loosen them but do not remove all the way just enough to get the gasket off and if needed a little more to get the new one back on. Then simply start putting the new gasket on and tighten screws as you go so it doesnt fall out.

This gasket has no screw holes and was wondering if this is the correct gasket? Watched your video on how to replace the gasket and they showed screw holes in the gasket.
For model number TT18TKXPQ01
Hello Robert, thank you for your question. Yes, this is the correct replacement gasket for this unit. It is pretty simple, if you lift the lip on inside of gasket there are 1/4 in. screws just loosen them but do not remove all the way just enough to get the gasket off and if needed a little more to get the new one back on. Then simply start putting the new gasket on and tighten screws as you go so it doesn't fall out. I hope this helps!

freezer door can't close properly
For model number ET8BPKXKQ02
Hello Daniel, thank you for the question. If the gasket is full of debris, it will not let your freezer door shut properly. Clean it with a warm water. Check the freezer bin is in place and pushed back correctly. Check the appliance is levelled (front to back and side to side), it is recommended to install the appliance so that it tilts slightly backwards for better closing. Loose hinges can cause the door to hang unevenly, preventing a tight seal. Tighten any loose hinges to ensure a snug fit. Other than that, use a hair dryer and heat up the door seal in the areas not sealing properly. Heat up the seal for 30 minutes or so to make it really flexible. Once the seal is properly heated, close the door. Let the door seal form to the frame of the refrigerator. Do not open the for 6 hours to allow for a proper form. Then you should have a good seal once again. If this does not help, you will need to replace the freezer door gasket, part number PS328705. We hope that helps!
