Sorry, we couldn't find any existing installation instruction that matched.
the freezeer gasket was not sealing properly and the refrigerator door one was torn
Since the parts arrived with no instructions and I had a vague idea of what I had to do, I went on You-tube and watched a video which was very helpful. It was a little difficult at first but once I got the hang of it things went smoothIy. It's like a brand new refrigerator now!

gasket width and length about 1inch too short
I'm a retired auto mechanic....I thought this would be an easy job. I figured it would be easier if I removed the fresh food door which I did and it was straight forward. However the "folds" of the new gasket were different than the old one which I thought was an "update". But, after much struggling, I determined that the length and width of the new gasket were each about 1 inch shorter than the old one. When I decided to return the part, I was told that sometimes you have to soak the part in hot water. There were no instructions with the new part regarding this. I decided to buy a new refridge.

Gasket was splitting
Had to remove both doors freezer and fresh section. Once I had door off removed the screws, and old gasket, cleaned all aroud where old gasket was, and proceeded to put new gasket on, It was hard lining up gasket with metal rods that hold gasket on could only do one screw at a time, because gasket kept slipping out, it was very time consuming.

The old seal had begun to split
After removing the old seal, I was able to mount the new seal on the inside panel. Then, as I replaced the screws, I learned that prior to tightening I needed to be sure that the flap was as far in as possible (between the inner panel and the door). I read on this website that someone used a hair dryer to make the seal maleable enough to ensure contact all around the door. That worked like a charm. I didn't even need to take the door off of the refrigerator.

Door magnet torn
Remove all screws and metal strips... Look at how you take the strips off...Do not mix them up...-- starting at the top, middle.. Insert metal strip into new door magnet...start all screws on the top... ( do not tighten) ... Make sure the new magnet fits into the strip--- Center the strip and tighten...Repeat down both sides... and the bottom last...Patience is the key....
