Please note the part I ordered is actually the meat pan shelf/frame. It is listed incorrectly on your site as the crisper drawer cover/frame. The pictures are correct though.
It is really easy to replace. I just removed the crisper drawer which is above it to get room to work. Then I removed the glass insert from the meat pan cover. I then removed the frame by lifting up on the front edge and then pulling it forward and away from the back two support pins.
Don't forget to tranfer the gaskets and air deflector from the old shelf to the new shelf.
Insert the new frame by sliding it back onto the two rear support pins and then lowering the front edge down to rest on the two front support pins. Replace the glass and drawer.

My lower "meat drawer" broke the wheels off the shelf that it slides in and out of
Looked at the excellent diagrams online to figure out what to order. Then when the part came I removed both lower drawers to see what I was doing. Once I saw what it was, I was able to lift the old shelf off (had to do a little jiggling around the slide cover for cold air from the freezer, but nothing too difficult). the hardest job was cleaning the bottom of the fridge before setting the replacement shelf on and re inserting the drawers.
I am a 54 year old woman...and it was a piece of cake!

Broken crisper & shelf unit
my order was processed and received withn 3 days. Replacing the parts on my kitchenaid refrigerator was straight forward, since the design was made for quick removal for cleaning of parts, with no tools required.
My only recomendation to KitchenAid would be possibly design the weak points a little stronger so they do not break in the first place.

Refrigerator shelf studs broken off
The shelf studs were broken and needed to be replaced. Searching online as to how to remove a number of sources said to turn stud 90deg counter-clockwise to remove. These studs needed to be turned 180 degrees. Once studs were out obvious this needed to be done. Re-insert of studs were easy.
Replacement of studs were easy.

Guide wheel broke off the crisper drawer cover/shelf frame
Removed the crisper drawer and the one above it. Removed the crisper drawer cover/shelf frame. Installed the replacement part. Replaced both crisper draws. Done -- no tools needed.

My water outlet valve was broken causing a leak. Also had a couple of broken plastic parts in unit.
First I removed the screws that hold the cardboard rear cover in place. Then I removed two screws that hold the valve unit in place. I then pulled the element out about 3 inches and disconnected the two wires., and installed the replacement unit. After mounting the valve back onto the refrig frame, and re-attaching the rear cover, I was all set.

Wheel that guides drawer on right side of frame unit broke off.
1) Removed the crisper drawer.

Broken roller
I did a Google search. I selected PartSelect after visiting 4 sites. There was an extensive list of parts but I could not locate what I needed. I used their "Contact" feature and described the part I needed. I did this late at night. I was pleased to see a reply the next day. They gave me specific instruction on how to get to the part in their website. I followed it without any difficulty. Within a week I received the part via Fedex. I immediately installed it and was done in less than 15 minutes. It was such a good experience I sent them a thank you email. I know where to order all my appliance parts in the future.

A drawer support wheel had broken off the lower support shelf frame making drawer opening very difficult
I removed the glass shelf and drawer, tugged on the frame to snap it out of position, snapped the new frame in place, replaced the shelf and drawer and done... So easy, a 5 year old could do it...

Guide wheels broken off of shelf for meat drawer
Ordered replacement shelf from PartSelect. It arrived in only 3 days. Lifted out meat drawer. Then removed glass from broken shelf. Lifted out the broken shelf. Slid the new shelf in place. Replaced the glass. Re-installed meat drawer, and "Voila!" -- all done!

Very Simple - No Tools required.
Just removal of Draw and supporting Frame shelf from Refig wall supporting pegs.
Replaced components in reverse oder.
